Dr. Sameh Elias founded Advanced Medical Care to bring a rigorous, thoughtful standard to everyday primary care. A Fellow of the American College of Physicians, he brings decades of clinical experience to the care of adults.

He serves as Program Director of the Internal Medicine Residency Program at Hackensack Meridian Health Palisades Medical Center. In the office he focuses on adult medicine, heart health, diabetes and blood pressure, and as an FMCSA-certified medical examiner he performs CDL/DOT physicals.

Dr. Nivin Elias is a family medicine physician, a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians, and a recipient of the America’s Top Physician award in Family Medicine.

Her practice centers on preventive care and wellness alongside ongoing care for diabetes, blood pressure and heart health. A dedicated teacher of residents and medical students, she is also an FMCSA-certified medical examiner who performs CDL/DOT physicals.

Dr. Ashraf Shaker practices internal and emergency medicine, and his years in emergency care show in how he handles urgent concerns: calmly, quickly and with confidence.

He performs in-office procedures including suturing and injections, and leads the practice’s weight management and wellness program, with evidence-based, personalized plans that help patients reach lasting goals.

Dr. Ruchi Bhuju is an internal medicine physician who cares for adults through annual physicals, preventive care and sick visits.

She helps patients manage diabetes, blood pressure and cholesterol, and takes the time to explain results in plain language so every visit ends with a clear next step.
